Mo founded Lauren's House in 2009 and runs the entire operations of the after-school and summer programs, community service events, and family support services. She currently works as a school-based mental health therapist for a local school district. Mo holds a master's degree in social work from Ohio State University and a bachelor's degree in social work from San Jose State University. She resides on the Peninsula. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, baking different types of bread or relaxing on a tropical beach!

Jacqueline Larsen

Jacqueline has made a significant impact through her leadership in the inclusion and belonging curriculum for the summer program at Lauren’s House. She effectively managed social media and organized fundraising events, all while providing tutoring support and running a summer soccer training camp. In addition to her work at Lauren’s House, she serves on the Equity, Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging Committee at Menlo School, where she is currently a senior. Outside of her commitments, Jacqueline enjoys hiking, playing word games, and spending time watching sporting events with family and friends. Her diverse interests and dedication to community engagement showcase her commitment to fostering inclusivity and connection.

Fadie Arabo

Fadie is a junior at Stanford University majoring in biology and minoring in education. He helps Lauren’s House because as someone who is the first in their family to receive formal education and not having access to many resources growing up in Detroit. He wanted to be there for others like those who believed in him and helped during his education journey. He recognizes the power of helping others and the true impact it can make for the better.

Victoria Liu

Victoria plans the strategy and goal trajectory of Lauren's House and assists with website design. She previously built a project called Mingle, an events-based community in New York City, following her role as an investment banking analyst in the energy transition team at Credit Suisse. She also launched a cloud bakery in 2021, After By Tori, and featured baking content. Victoria holds a bachelor's degree in economics and statistics from Williams College. In her free time, she enjoys reading autobiographies, exploring culinary shops, and eating ice cream!
