We are seeking motivated individuals who enjoy working with youth aged five to 18. We welcome volunteers of all ages (15+) and backgrounds. Spanish fluency is an extra plus. Volunteer positions range from in-person to virtual duties. We are most in need of regular, in-person tutors and mentors.
ABOUT OUR STUDENTSWe serve 25 to 40 students in a given year. Around three to nine students attend our after-school program on any given day.
Most of our students are in elementary or middle school and have adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) such as homelessness, domestic violence, an incarcerated parent, and physical or emotional abuse.
